GS Energy has established the foundation for its LNG business through the establishment of a trading company for LNG supply and the operation of LNG Terminal.
Currently, GS Energy supplies natural gas for self-consumption, including power generation and industrial use, to various domestic LNG direct-importing companies through the Boryeong LNG Terminal. In response to the increasing demand for direct imports of natural gas, GS Energy plans to expand its LNG business capabilities by enhancing its competitive fuel supply system, considering terminal tank expansion, and terminal expansion.
Furthermore, by entering the upstream sector and building an integrated LNG Value Chain, as well as expanding its business model in international markets, GS Energy will solidify its position as a global player in the LNG industry.

The Boryeong LNG Terminal is a joint venture company established in February 2013 through a 50:50 investment by GS Energy and SK E&S, with the purpose of constructing and operating an LNG receiving terminal for the supply of self-consumed natural gas.
The Boryeong LNG Terminal commenced commercial operation in January 2017 with a total storage capacity of 600,000 kℓ, and currently supplies approximately 7 million tons of natural gas annually for power generation and industrial use with a total storage capacity of 1.4 million kℓ.
In response to the increasing demand for self-consumed natural gas imports, there are plans to gradually expand the supply capacity. The terminal will continue to make efforts to contribute to the stable supply of energy and cost savings for the nation.Sales 347,528 Operating profit 80,755 Asset 1,690,361 Unit : one million won(As of 22 years)
