GS Energy operates an investment review committee to manage investment risk.
The Investment Review Committee deliberates on the economic feasibility of the investment business and the direction of the investment portfolio, and examines the adequacy of financing and the risk of each investment structure.
To prepare for the rapidly changing business environment and industrial volatility, GS Energy minimizes financial risks by requiring the approval of the Investment Review Committee if there is an investment or disposal act of more than 5 billion won.
